True martial strength isn’t about the weapon you hold, it’s about the discipline you’ve built in yourself. The question of fighting with “empty hands” points to a philosophy where power comes from training, control, and character, not from tools. When the answer says “true power never hides behind weapons,” it’s saying real strength doesn’t need to compensate or intimidate with objects — it stands on its own.

It is truly an honor and a great privilege to be a member of JKA International, where every member has the opportunity to train in JKA dojos around the world.

Today, Senpai Nick Llagas and Senpai Nichole Llagas of JKA Philippines – Legazpi Chapter were honored to train at JKA Jakarta. We are deeply grateful to all the Sensei specially Sensei Indra Dirgantara, Sensei Joselito Sayson who also a Half Filipino and to the Chief Instructor Suyana Sensei for warmly welcomed us and generously shared their knowledge and expertise.

This experience is one they will always remember. They have gained valuable techniques and lessons that they can bring home and share with their fellow karatekas in the Bicol Region.

Thank you once again, JKA Jakarta, for your warm hospitality and unforgettable training experience.Oss!
