A heartfelt congratulations to everyone behind the Pastores Talisay presentation at the 44th Philippine Folk Dance Society Annual National Conference for preserving and showcasing the beauty of our Filipino heritage.

Special recognition to the late National Artist for Dance, Ramon Arevalo Obusan, whose research and dedication continue to inspire generations in the field of Philippine folk dance, together with the dance annotators Percival V. Carel & Ernesto Villanueva Cortez.

Indak Guiguintenyo Folkloric Group is honored to be part of this meaningful presentation together with the Ramon Obusan Folkloric Foundation Inc. Maraming salamat po sa tiwala at pagkakataong maipakita ang sining at kultura ng ating bayan. ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š

๐๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ ๐“๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐š๐ฒ of Talisay, Camarines Norte is one of the 10 dances being presented at the ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ’๐ญ๐ก ๐๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐…๐จ๐ฅ๐ค ๐ƒ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐–๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฉ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”. The dance was researched by the late Ramon Obusan and was annotated and presented by Mr. Percival Carel of the Ramon Obusan Folkloric Foundation, together with Ms. Abigail Calma and the dancers of Indak Guiguinteรฑo, who served as the dance demonstrators.

In celebration of the annual Busig-on Festival, the much-anticipated Street Dancing Competition takes center stage, showcasing the creativity, energy, and cultural pride of our community. Each contingent brings its own unique interpretation of the festivalโ€™s theme, blending colorful costumes, dynamic choreography, and captivating music to tell stories of our heritage and traditions.
