CMTattooHive 's other half and resident piercing artist , aka Celeste Artisanal (Jill Celeste) , has just been recognized as one of the 2026 Outstanding Women of Camarines Norte for her community-rooted works in the local culture and arts segment.

Deeply grounded in grassroots community-building, Miss Aguirre has made significant contributions through her work in arts, culture, and heritage preservation. As a freelance creative and cultural advocate, she champions initiatives that strengthen local identity, empower community participation, and nurture homegrown talent.

Her efforts continue to shape and enrich Camarines Norte’s cultural landscape—advancing sustainable, community-based arts and heritage programs that promote inclusive development and celebrate the stories of the people.
