Artkultur Artkultur is a program of Green Heart Foundation to help young artists amid COVID 19 pandemic. Artkultur is a program of Green Heart Foundation Inc.

It was created at the height of COVID 19 pandemic where home quarantine, lockdown and restricted mobility were strictly enforced to children below 18-yr old. The initial objectives were set to engage children through arts and cultural activities in order to support their mental health and wellbeing, and at the same time monetize artworks which serves as a small help for their livelihood.
