Vigan City, Ilocos Sur: On August 27, 2024, an anti-illegal drug (buy-bust) through intel driven operation conducted at Mabini St., Brgy. III, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur by personnel of Vigan City Police Station (lead unit) led by PLT AMADO SOMERA JR, Intel/Invest Officer under the direct supervision of PLTCOL REYNALDO C MENDOZA JR., OIC together with personnel from ISPDEU, RID PRO1, 1ST ISPMFC, MARITIME and PDEA in coordination with PDEA RO1, who was caught in the act of selling one (1) small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet (HSTPS) containing white crystalline substance alleged to be a methamphetamine hydrochloride locally known as “shabu” to an operative who acted as poseur buyer.
