Look up tonight! — The Chi Cygnids meteor shower peaks! ☄️
Tonight, September 13, 2026, the Chi Cygnids meteor shower reaches its peak, bringing a few slow shooting stars across the night sky.
While it's known for being a very minor shower with a low rate of only about 1–3 meteors per hour, these shooting stars are incredibly unique and beautiful.
⏰ Best viewing: After midnight and into the pre-dawn hours
📍 Where to look: Look toward the northeastern horizon near the constellation Cygnus the Swan, specifically near the star Chi Cygni
For the best view, find a spot away from city lights, give your eyes 20–30 minutes to adjust, and enjoy!
Don't miss the show tonight! 🌌
