Formerly known as Coro Comparza and La Comparza, LOS CANTANTES ( translated as "The Singers" ) is a choral group composed of Young professionals from different fields of specializations and students from different schools and universities in Cebu. Jandel Cabasura, and Mr. Barret Oliver Richards, the choral group aims to promote choral music to the modern society with its prime devotion in serving

the Lord through singing in churches and religious events. Aside from performing in church events, the group has also performed in weddings and events, participate in beneficiary concerts and choir workshops, and joined choral competitions as led by our conductor and co-founder Mr. Barret Oliver Richards. Through the years, Los Cantantes or LC for short, was successful enough to maintain the members today with their sense of overwhelming interest to serve and sing for the greater glory of God alongside the bond of friendship and commitment, and an opportunity for personal growth. LC continues to grow with the hopes of attaining its humble goals with emphasis in the desire to serve the Lord.

Today, as we celebrate Divine Mercy Sunday, Los Cantantes Cebu is honored to lift our voices in praise and thanksgiving. There is no greater joy than singing of the boundless mercy and love that the Risen Christ offers to us all.
