“Lord, let us see your kindness, and grant us your salvation.”

In one harmony, we gathered yesterday at the Cebu Archdiocesan Shrine of San Pedro Calungsod in honor of the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

In the Gospel, we see Jesus dismissing the crowd and sending His disciples ahead on the boat. Afterwards, He retreats to the mountain to pray alone. His actions reflect His spiritual connection with God, choosing quiet devotion over public acclaim.

Like Jesus, may we always find time to strengthen our connection with the Lord, whether it may be for a short or a long period of time.

We gathered at the Basilica Minore del Sto. Niño for the Seventeenth Sunday in Ordinary Time.

Every song eventually comes to its final note. Four Saturdays of rehearsals, culminating in a final concert with 22 talented singers, became an avenue for meaningful connections, shared learning, and lasting memories. We opened our doors, and in return found friendships that will endure and music that will continue to resonate long after the final applause.
