Ballooney Events Celebrating the moments Ballooney Shoppe opened as a little specialty shop in Mango Avenue last 1998. We opened our second store at the Ayala Center Cebu.

Specializing in imported latex and foil balloons, we were the first to introduce balloon decor for weddings, corporate events and children’s parties in Cebu. We conceptualized unique kiddie party packages, customized party favors and entertainment. Our handmade party favors are specially crafted and our balloon bouquets make beautiful heartwarming gifts. From that time on, we established our perma

nent home there. For 22 years we have become a part of many celebrations and life’s special moments and continue to touch hearts for more generations to come.
