2. Visit art fairs or exhibits. One of the best ways to show your support is to show up in events. Support local artists by attending art fairs or exhibits.

3. Follow them on social media. Follow artists online and help increase their visibility for them to reach more visibility. Don't forget to credit them if you share their work.

4. Share their work with others. Tell people if you find something new that you love--whether it's a painting, song, or performance art.

5. Hire them and pay them per their experience level. Or you can also ask an artist to do a commissioned work. Some artists find it difficult to make a living. That's why you should pay artists for their work and according to their experience level. You can also commission them to create something special.

6. Take an art class from a local artist. Learn new skills by getting to know your local artists. Many artists are passionate about their craft and love to share it with other people. Take an art class from them and learn more about their creative process.

My very first Acrylic portrait in Canvas using freehand.

These are my very first acrylic paintings on canvas. A friend invited me to join a contest that required me to paint a fruit, a bird, and a flower. I was very excited to paint these, but I was also quite broke at that time. I remember that I sold a lot of hand-painted pots to buy paints, brushes, and canvases for this.

Learning through time.

My story as an artist began when I was in first grade. My teacher, Mam Lazona (Mam Quisel after she got married), praised my pig drawing and encouraged me to pursue my talent.

Since then, I have participated in various poster contests and press conferences, honing my skills and expressing myself through art.

One of my inspirations was the Meteor Garden saga, which I was a huge fan of during my high school years. I made several portraits of the characters using gridlines, a technique that I learned for the first time.
