๐Ÿ”Š Maximum na ingay: 99 decibels (dB)

๐Ÿ“ Tamang paraan ng testing:
- Dapat may decibel meter
- 0.5 meter ang layo sa tambutso
- 45-degree angle
- Engine speed na 2,000โ€“2,500 RPM

๐Ÿ‘€ Bawal ang tingin lang
- Hindi pwedeng sabihing illegal ang pipe base sa itsura lang
- Kailangang may actual na decibel test

2. Supreme Court Ruling (July 30, 2024)

๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ National law ang masusunod, hindi local lang

๐Ÿ›๏ธ Hindi pwedeng sumalungat ang ordinansa ng LGU sa national law

โŒ Kapag ang city/municipal ordinance ay sinabi na:

โ€œ80 dB lang ang allowedโ€
โ€œTotal ban ang aftermarket exhaustโ€

โ—INVALID / WALANG BISA yan dahil kontra sa LTO 99 dB standard

3. RA 4136 โ€“ National Traffic Code (Section 62)

This year was not easy for all of us .There were days of calamity (storms and earthquakes, Moments were we are all devastated by it and moments of hope for the people were some good samaritans gave them foods and shelter .

So as this year ends, I say this with a thankful heart ,
