With the partnership of the barangay captain, we have confirmed that the upcoming event "UBEC MUSIC FEST" will be postpone to January. We have come up with a new plan to make this event remarkable and memorable for everyone. We apologize for delaying this event. But we will assure you that this event will be a remarkable one.
