Congratulations to the shortlisted bands across the whole region and see you later, August 04, 2024 at SEASIDE CITY for the 2024 Catbalogan Battle of the Bands (CBOB) Regional Finals!
Shortlisted band must prepare two (2) cover songs of any language or genre for the elimination round, which will determine the Top Three (3) bands who will now perform one (1) BINISAYA song of any genre to determine the Champion and Runners-Up.
The 21st Manaragat Festival is being organized by the City Government of Catbalogan headed by City Mayor Dexter Uy in celebration of the feast of SeΓ±or San Bartolome this whole month of August as supported by City Vice Coefredo βTekwaβ Uy and City Councilor Stephany Uy-Tan as Committee Chair on Tourism, Culture and Arts.
All activities are being facilitated by the Catbalogan City Tourism, Culture, Arts & Information Office (CTCAIO) as supported by the Catbalogan City Tourism Council (CTC) and the Local Culture & Arts Council of Catbalogan City (LCAC).
