To keep nominations private and avoid comparisons or misunderstandings, especially since students may have several subject teachers. We want everyone to feel appreciated and avoid any unintended hurt feelings between parents, students, and teachers. ❤️
No need to explain why. Every teacher deserves appreciation! ❤️
