2. Payment Terms
* A reservation fee of 500 php is required to confirm the booking.
* Full payment must be settled
before or upon delivery/setup.
* Reservation fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
3. Delivery and Pickup
* Delivery and pickup schedules must be followed strictly.
* The renter must provide safe and accessible parking/loading space.
4. Responsibility for Equipment
The renter is responsible for the videoke unit, TV, microphones, speakers, cables, and accessories during the rental period. Any loss, theft, or damage caused by misuse or negligence shall be charged to the renter.
5. Proper Use of Equipment
* Do not expose the equipment to rain, water, or direct sunlight.
* Do not tamper with wirings or system settings.
* Only authorized persons may operate the equipment.
6. Power Supply Requirement
The renter must provide a stable electrical outlet and power source. The owner shall not be liable for interruptions caused by power failure or faulty electrical wiring at the venue.
7. Cancellation Policy
* Cancellation within 24–48 hours before the event may result in forfeiture of the reservation fee.
* Rebooking is subject to availability.
8. Liability
The owner is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from improper use of the videoke equipment.
9. Noise and Local Ordinances
The renter agrees to follow barangay or local government noise regulations and curfew hours regarding videoke use. Some areas restrict videoke usage late at night.
10. Cleaning and Care
The renter must keep the equipment clean and free from food spills, liquids, or cigarette smoke.
11. Technical Concerns
If technical issues occur during the rental period, the renter must immediately contact the owner/operator. Unauthorized repairs are prohibited.
12. Agreement
By renting the videoke unit, the renter agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.
