We should rethink the structure of our Senate and how senators are elected.
Why is an entire nation of more than 100 million people represented by only 24 senators elected nationwide? The current system concentrates too much power in too few hands and often favors popularity over true regional representation and expertise.
Maybe it’s time to discuss reforms that would make representation fairer, more inclusive, and more reflective of the country’s diverse regions and sectors.
