We all know that COVID-19 pandemic has severely affected so many businesses and livelihoods of millions of people around the globe. One of the hardest hit sectors is the transport sector where drivers and operators depend on their daily trips for their families’ needs.
A group of volunteers organized a fundraiser entitled Para Po Sa Inyo Ito to help raise funds for 3 group beneficiaries from the transport sector. It is a virtual art exhibit to be hosted through Facebook from 13 to 27 September 2020. Artworks of various artists will be showcased and 50% of the sales will go to the fundraiser.
Aside from the exhibit, our goal is to raise more funds through donations and sponsorships, and we are hoping you could help us reach that goal. We are accepting cash donations to be included in the pool of funds we will distribute to over 3000 jeepney and tricycle drivers and operators.
