Hi there! After a long hiatus i am back!


Just happened to drop by at "Happy Greens". Simply sharing what they can offer.

Red is a primary color, while green is a secondary color. As they lie opposite in the Color Wheel, Red and Green are complimentary colors. Are they pleasing to the eyes?

Who wouldn’t want to sit at that sunny little alcove above for breakfast every morning?
The biggest changes that we are seeing that makes it feel more fresh and updated are a use of more refined materials and details such as carved mouldings or the lack thereof.
A bench seat on one or two sides but not on three sides of the table will make you feel more updated and fresh. Or try doing a long built-in bench then flanking the other side with a few more modern style chairs.
If you do choose to “accessorize” said alcove, keep it pretty simple with one or two pillows in the corners, but there is no need to have a row of pillows as that will just end up looking stuffy and crowded."

1. Move quickly between the cooking area, fridge and the sink (Working triangle).
2. For small kitchen, line kitchen is the usual kitchen configuration.
3. A kitchen island can be added to a line kitchen configuration.
4. "L" shaped kitchen gives you a lot of storage area.
5. A "U" shaped kitchen gives you loads of more storage spaces but you need a bigger room.
6. A parallel kitchen on two opposite walls gives you two work and storages space. It does not need a big room.
