This is not to ruin anyone's business, but simply a reminder to some crews and staff about the importance of handling customers politely.
It was actually my first time dining here with my brothers and sisters in Christ because one of them highly recommended the place, saying that the food is delicious and affordable. Nobody informed us that the cafe would be closing at 8:00 PM tonight because what we knew from our companion was that closing time was 9:00 PM.
While we were enjoying our meal, sharing stories, and listening to one another's testimonies, we suddenly noticed that the music was turned up loudly. A few moments later, the air conditioner was turned off, and then even the lights were switched off without any prior notice or explanation.
Honestly, we would have completely understood if someone had simply approached us and politely said, "Ma'am/Sir, mag-close na po kami at 8:00 PM." We would have respected that and prepared to leave. As working individuals ourselves, we understand how tiring it is for employees who are eager to go home after a long day's work.
However, we believe customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect.
A simple and polite reminder would have been much better than suddenly turning off the air conditioning and lights while customers were still dining.
Again, this is not intended to damage anyone's reputation or business. It is simply constructive feedback and a gentle reminder that good customer service includes proper communication and courtesy, especially when informing customers that closing time has arrived.
Honestly masarap ang food po nila and very affordable but the way they treated us this night is very disappointing and I would say never again.
Thank you padin sa patience Lord. And thank you Crumbcoat sa masarap na food. Sana po walang naka experience ng same sa na experience namin sa inyong staff 😇
P.s: Again it is not about the business and the food because honestly masarap ang food but ang na experience namin sa mga crew nila is nakaka sad 😔
