The Cross is coming closer to us!

As we journey closer to the Archdiocesan Youth Day (AYD), we invite all the youth of our parish to come together and welcome the AYD Cross as it visits our parish.

As the AYD Cross arrives in our parish, we are reminded that our journey as young people is never meant to be walked alone. We journey together in communion, with hearts renewed in Christ and strengthened by His presence

Today, Jesus reminds us that what matters most to God Is not what we say but what we do. Obedience isn't about empty promises or appearances-it's about responding with our hearts and lives. God always Invites us to His vineyard, calling us to love, serve, and grow. Even if we have said "no" in the past, it's never too late to say"yes" through our actions. True faith is lived, not just spoken. It is shown in loving acts, not in empty promises. Let's choose to be faithful to God.

"Open our hearts, O Lord, to listen to the words of your Son."

In today's Gospel, Jesus is teaching us about the radical generosity of God. God's grace is not earned by hours or effort but freely given to all who come to Him. Those who turn to God late in life are equally welcomed with open arms. This challenges us to surrender our envy and rejoice in God's mercy. His salvation is not a reward but a giftโ€”a sign of His goodness, May we celebrate, not resent, His kindness to all.

Faith becomes stronger when we remain close to God through prayer, Scripture, and the Eucharist. Like St. Lorenzo Ruiz, may we remain rooted in Christ even when our faith is tested.

Theme: "Called - Called to Christ"

God calls each of us personally to know Him, follow Him, and grow in faith. As young people, His call may be found in simple momentsโ€”through prayer, service, and the people He places in our lives.
