β€œNot these thoughts” (Anxiety Disorder)

Intrusive thoughts in our minds hold power and take over us to the extent of making us worry about questions that cannot be answered with certainty. The secrets that we keep which we thought could suppress the situation actually fuels the intensity. The harder we fight these thoughts, the more they eat us up. Not just me but everyone has that bizarre and unwanted thought because our minds are creative in nature, but we are not our thoughts. I am not my thoughts. Intrusive thoughts don't make sense at all. Once you don't pay attention to them, they disappear in the flow of consciousness.
