Today, June 19, 2026, the Province of Laguna observes a Special Non-Working Holiday in celebration of the legacy of our National Hero, Dr. Jose Rizal, on his birthday.

Ngayong araw na ito, ginugunita natin ang makasaysayang pangyayari noong 𝘏𝘶𝘯𝘺𝘰 12, 1898—𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘸 𝘯𝘢 𝘪𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘩𝘢𝘺𝘢𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘬𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘺𝘢𝘢𝘯 𝘯𝘨 𝘗𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘴 𝘮𝘶𝘭𝘢 𝘴𝘢 𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘬𝘰𝘱. Paalala ito na minsan nang naging 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙠𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙖𝙣, 𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙪𝙣𝙜𝙠𝙪𝙡𝙞𝙣 𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙜𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙡𝙤𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙣 gaya ng ginawa ng mga naunang henerasyon.
