📢 Studio Rent Adjustment Announcement

Dear valued clients, friends, and supporters,

With a heavy heart, I would like to announce that starting September 15, 2026, the studio rent will increase from ₱200 to ₱240.

This was not an easy decision for me to make. I have always tried my best to keep the studio affordable and accessible to everyone. However, due to the extremely high electricity bills and increasing operating expenses, I can no longer keep up with the costs under the current rate.

Please know that this increase is not something I wanted. Unfortunately, I have no other choice at this point. If I continue with the current rate, I may eventually be forced to close the studio just to save it from further losses.

But please don't worry—this adjustment also comes with my commitment to make the quality of service much better and continuously improve the studio experience. ❤️

Your ₱240 rent will still include:

🎙️ Studio recording
🎥 Video recording
🎧 Audio mixing
❄️ Air-conditioning
🎸 Free use of instruments, from guitars and other equipment
🎧 Free use of IEMs and other available studio equipment

Nothing will be taken away from what you currently enjoy. In fact, I will continue working hard to improve the studio, the equipment, and the quality of service so that every peso you spend is worth it.

The additional ₱40 may seem small, but for the studio, it will help tremendously with the rising electricity bill and daily operating expenses—and most importantly, it will help me keep the studio open and continue serving all of you.

This studio exists because of you, and I truly hope you will continue to be part of its journey.
