The Saliao Performing Arts Guild proudly takes part in the historic celebration of the 31st Paghimugso of Agusan del Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology a milestone that reflects three decades of academic excellence, strong governance, and meaningful community impact.

We extend our highest appreciation to the Top Management of ASSCAT, under the visionary leadership of the College President, Joy C. Capistrano, for their unwavering guidance and steadfast support in making this celebration truly remarkable.

The Musical Arts reverently led the Prayer and delivered a dignified rendition of the Philippine National Anthem, setting a solemn and inspiring tone for the occasion. The Dance Arts then captivated the audience with a dynamic Opening Salvoโ€”an expression of unity, pride, and the vibrant spirit of the ASSCAT community.

Through music and movement, we honor 31 years of legacy and look forward to a future strengthened by passion, service, and excellence.
