📣 Official Statement: Public Apology

The Management would like to issue a formal apology and an urgent update regarding the recent disqualification of Team Ayam in their match against Celestial Kings.

After a thorough secondary investigation and a sit-down meeting with the representatives of Team Ayam, we have determined that our initial decision to disqualify the team was based on a significant miscommunication regarding their roster expansion request.

The Findings
Our previous announcement stated that Team Ayam violated tournament rules by fielding unauthorized players. However, it has been clarified that:

- A breakdown in internal communication within the Management led to this request being overlooked, resulting in the wrongful disqualification.

Our Sincere Apology
We would like to publicly retract our previous statement. Team Ayam did not violate the rules. The fault lies entirely with the Management's handling of administrative communications.

We deeply regret the stress and reputational damage this has caused the players and staff of Team Ayam. To rectify this:

We offer our humblest apologies for labeling Team Ayam as rule-breakers when they had acted in good faith.

Moving Forward
This incident has been a profound "lesson learned" for our team. We recognize that our internal processes failed the players and the community.

Our Promise: We are currently implementing a more robust, multi-step verification process for roster changes. We promise our participants and fans that for all future tournaments, we will exercise greater diligence to ensure that an administrative error of this magnitude never happens again.

A Note to the Fans
We kindly ask the community and the fans to cease any negative comments or actions that tarnish the reputation of Team Ayam. They have conducted themselves with professionalism throughout this misunderstanding. Let’s refocus our energy on supporting the players and celebrating the spirit of fair play.

Official Statement of Team Ayam

Team Ayam understands and respects the Rules and Regulations set by the Organizers. Due to important matters that some of our players needed to attend to outside of the tournament, the team requested permission to add two more players, including an eliminated player. The Organizers agreed to this request and clearly stated that it was okay for them to play. We confirmed this multiple times, and the Organizers agreed 100%.

However, despite the prior agreement, the team was later accused of violating the rules and committing a breach. These accusations are false and misleading, as the participation of the added players was already discussed, approved, and confirmed by the Organizers beforehand.

This situation could have been prevented if there had been a clearer understanding and proper communication regarding the request from the beginning.
