Another colorful milestone for Obra Arts Studio as the Young Palettes Culminating Activity and Art Exhibit Opening successfully unfolded at the Bulan Presidencia Heritage Building.
More than an exhibit, this event is a celebration of creativity, learning, and our continuing advocacy to promote the arts and help institutionalize art education in Bulan and across the province.
To our dear Obra parents and young artists, thank you for your trust, support, and passion for the arts. Your dedication made this meaningful event possible.
