October 9 | Seventh Day of the Novena in honor of St. Carlo Acutis at St. Martin Parish

The Holy Mass was presided over by Rdo. P. Gener Garcia and musically served by the DYCI Liturgical Choir. 🎶

Gospel: Luke 11: 5-13

Just like St. Carlo Acutis, may we learn the importance of The Sacraments and live with contentment and with love for God and for community. ❤️‍🩹

As we continue our novena, may our trust deepen with love that is stronger, and our faith remain anchored in Christ. 🙏🏻

Pinangunahan ni Fr. Kirth Stephen Buluran ang banal na Misa.

Ang wika ni San Carlo Acutis na “To always be close to Jesus, that’s my life plan,” ay paalala sa ating lahat na huwag lumayo sa pagmamahal ng Panginoon. Nawa’y magsilbi itong gabay upang patuloy nating hanapin ang liwanag ng Diyos sa gitna ng ating mga pagsubok at tagumpay. Tulad ni San Carlo, nawa’y manatiling buhay ang ating pananampalataya at maging ilaw tayo para sa iba.

The Holy Mass was presided over by Rev. Fr. Rayben James Bundoc and beautifully served by the DYCI Liturgical Choir. 🎶

Gospel: Luke 10:38–42 — ‘Mary has chosen the better part.’

Just like Mary and St. Carlo Acutis, may we learn to pause amidst life’s busyness, to listen to God’s word, and to make Him the center of our daily lives.

As we continue our novenary, may our faith deepen, our love grow stronger, and our hearts remain anchored in Christ. 🫶✨

The school community gathered on this day to celebrate the Fourth day of the Novena Mass in honor of Blessed Carlo Acutis.

Ngayong araw ay ginanap ang kauna-unahang sponsorship mass para sa buwan ng Oktubre. Ikinalulugod namin, DYCI Liturgical Choir ang maging parte ng isang banal na misa sa St. Martin of Tours Catholic Parish.

Lubos ang aming pasasalamat 🙏 sa lahat ng kapwa namin lingkod at sa pamayanang aktibong nakiisa sa banal na pagdiriwang. Nawa’y patuloy tayong pag-alabin ng Diyos sa paglilingkod na may kababaang-loob, pananampalataya, at tunay na debosyon. Hiling namin na sa bawat himig at awit na aming iniaalay 🎶🕊️, maramdaman ninyo ang Kanyang presensya at walang hanggang pag-ibig.

Maligayang Araw ng mga G**o!

Aming buong pusong ipinapaabot ang aming pasasalamat sa aming pinakamamahal na Maestro, si Sir Marrionne Silvestre. Lubos kaming nagpapasalamat sa lahat ng kaalamang iyong ibinabahagi, sa walang sawang pagtuturo, at sa oras na buong puso mong inilaan para sa amin.

Bilang aming ikalawang magulang sa Liturgical Choir at katuwang sa paglilingkod sa Panginoon, labis po naming pinahahalagahan at minamahal kayo.

Ang taos-pusong mensaheng ito ay hindi lamang para sa Araw ng mga G**o, kundi isang pagpapatunay ng aming patuloy na paggalang at pagmamahal sa mga susunod pang panahon na tayo’y magkasama.

The school community gathered on October 3 to celebrate the start of the Novenary Mass in honor of Blessed Carlo Acutis.

The celebration was presided over by Rev. Fr. Mario Jose Landra, who shared an inspiring message that may uplifted the congregation and deepened the spirit of prayer and devotion among all who attended. 🙏🏻🎶

We warmly welcomed Archbishop Socrates B. Villegas, D. D., Archbishop of Lingayen-Dagupan to DYCI for the ongoing commemoration of the 75th Founding Anniversary last September 11 through a Holy Mass which, the Liturgical Choir truly valued the chance to be part of. Through open forums with our beloved DYCIans, we witness the heart and wisdom of a father and a shepherd.

This same celebration also became a thanksgiving for the canonization of Saint Carlo Acutis 🌹✨, whose life reminds us that holiness is attainable in the simplicity of daily living, when lived with fides and caritas. Indeed, September 11 was a day of legacy 📜, guidance 🕊️, and sanctity 🌟—a testimony that the mission of DYCI continues to be grounded in fides, caritas, and serviam to God.

As Saint Carlo once showed the world that even the youth can radiate holiness 👦🌟, so too are we called to embody faith and love in every action, no matter how ordinary. His devotion to the Eucharist and his life of simplicity remind us that true greatness is found not in worldly achievements, but in living each moment for God with joy and sincerity ✝️💖.

This day was also graced with an advance celebration of the birthday of Archbishop Socrates B. Villegas 🎂🎉, where the community expressed gratitude for his life of service and pastoral leadership. May God continue to bless him with strength, wisdom, and joy as he guides the faithful! with fides and caritas. 🙏💙

Truly, September 11 became not only a remembrance of history and sanctity, but also a living harmony of thanksgiving, renewal, and joy—ad majorem Dei gloriam 🌿✨.

📍 Rehearsals – September 9–10, 2025

The days of rehearsal were more than just tuning melodies—they were moments of tuning hearts. 🎶 Each note sung and harmony practiced became a prayer in itself, a step closer to offering the most beautiful worship to God. 🙏 Mistakes were welcomed as lessons, challenges embraced as part of the journey, and progress rooted in faith became permanent. ✨

From the first day’s beginnings to the deepened unity of the second, the choir showed that preparation itself is already service. 💙 What started as practice grew into prayer in motion, transforming voices once tentative into confident offerings of praise. 🌟 Through consistency, perseverance, and the spirit of magis—to give more, to serve more, to love more—their music became not just sound, but a living testimony of love for the Lord. ✝️

Truly, every effort was an act of worship, and every voice was lifted not to perform, but to glorify God. 🙌

Simbang Gabi na sa DYCI 2024!

Malugod po namin kayong inaanyayahan kasama ang inyong pamilya para sa ating Simbang Gabi sa DYCI 2024! Ang mga simbang gabi ay magsisimula sa ika-15 ng Disyembre hanggang sa bisperas ng Pasko. Ang banal na misa ay tuwing ika-5 ng hapon samantalang ang pagdarasal ng banal na rosaryo, nobenaryo at ang mga natatanging pagtatanghal ng ating mga mag-aaral ay magsisimula sa ganap na ika-4 ng hapon.

Magkita-kita po tayong muli at bilang isang pamilya ay ipagdiwang ang ating Pangarap na Regalo - ang pagsilang ni Kristo.

Maligayang Pasko po sa inyong lahat!
