ay-cable, recording, and outdoor advertising assets formerly owned by the larger company. EBS has its headquarters in Antipolo, Rizal. The President and CEO is Ricardo Jose Ronidel. Edwin Araneta (owner of parent company Nacional Group of Companies) is EBS's majority shareholder and serves as Executive Chairman.
