We are currently experiencing a **high volume of orders** along with a **shortage of manpower**. Despite this, our team is continuously working to accommodate and process all orders as efficiently and carefully as possible.

At this time, our priority is to ensure **high and consistent print quality** for every order rather than rushing production. We want to avoid compromising the final output, as faster processing may affect the quality of your prints.

We kindly ask for your understanding and continued support during this period.

Please be guided by our current production timelines:

* **Standard / Regular Orders:** 5–7 business days for completion
* **Large Orders (more than 15 sheets for both paper and fabric printing):** may take an additional up to 1 week for processing

* For orders outside Cebu, delivery may require additional days depending on courier transit time

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to both our **loyal and new customers** for continuously supporting our shop, trusting our work, and believing in our ability to fulfill your orders. Your support keeps us going.
