Samahan ang Pambansang Komisyon para sa Kultura at mga Sining sa pag-alala at pagpapatuloy sa tatlumpu't apat na taon ng marangal, malikhain, at mapagbagong paglilingkod para sa sektor ng sining at kultura.

Taong 1987 nang nilagdaan ni dating pangulong Corazon Aquino ang Executive Order No. 118 na siyang nagtatag ng Presidential Commission for Culture and the Arts. Ika-3 ng Abril 1992 nang lagdaan naman ang Republic Act 7356 kung saan ang direktiba sa unang Executive Order ay naisabatas at naitatag ang National Commission for Culture and the Arts. Layunin ng Komisyon ang paglikha at pagpapatupad ng mga polisiya at programang nangangalaga, nagpapaunlad, at nagtataguyod ng sining at kulturang Filipino, gayun din ang pangagasiwa sa National Endowment Fund for Culture and the Arts o NEFCA.

advocacy-theater performances, artistic trainings and cultural work!

To celebrate, YATTA’s having a party and YOU ARE ALL INVITED!
