Bukas masasaksihan natin ang Paghahawi ng Tabing ng Panandang Pangkasaysayan, "BANGAR" Landas ng Pagkabansang Philipino, 1899, sa bayan ng Bangar, La Union, ng alas diyes nang umaga.

Sa Pakikipagtulungan ng Pamahalaang Bayan ng Bangar sa pangunguna ng ating Punong Bayan na si KGG. Joy Pinzon Merin sa Pambansang Komisyong Pangkasaysayan ng Pilipinas ito ay maisasakatuparan kaugnay sa paggunita ng Ika-125 Anibersaryo ng Kalayan at Pagkabansa ng Pilipinas.
