AOENG is a non-profit organization of young professional musicians and singers established in the municipality of Bangar, province of La Union, who dares to make a difference in renewing the face of iloko music. The organization is composed of passionate musicians, band performers, and individual artists committed to the advancement of music, performance excellence, and professional development in
the local music and entertainment industry. The organization brings together both individual performers and organized bands, creating a collaborative environment where creativity, discipline, and artistic growth are nurtured. AOENG ORG serves as a platform for sharing skills, mentoring emerging talents, and strengthening the professional standards of music production and live performance. Primarily, AOENG ORG was created to mentor young professionals and aspiring artists in band performance, music production, and show business. Through workshops, rehearsals, live performances, coaching sessions, and collaborative projects, members gain hands-on experience in technical skills, stage presence, teamwork, and ethical professionalism in the entertainment field. Beyond artistic training, the organization promotes positive values such as discipline, respect, responsibility, teamwork, and community service.
