Today, on National Indigenous Peoples Day, we're taking a closer look at a weaving tradition that has remained close to our story.
The Itneg of Abra are known for their beautiful handwoven textiles, intricate embroidery, and symbols inspired by nature and the things that hold meaning to their community.
We've worked with Itneg artisans over the years, and this is a weave we continue to return to and appreciate in new ways.
For us, sharing these textiles is about more than creating something beautiful to wear. It's about showcasing the craftsmanship, stories, and communities behind them.
