Originally planned a tug-of-war sticker inspired by Punnuk, but a single figure felt incomplete. Instead, I created a man holding the kina-ag — a human-like figure made of rice stalks and vines. It is central to the festivities: after the contest, the kina-ag is returned to the river as an offering to river spirits, closing the old farming cycle and welcoming the new.

I was inspired by the batawel, an indigenous wooden carrying pole used to balance heavy rice harvests on a farmer's shoulders. It is also featured in cultural festivals through the Batawel Relay, a fast-paced sport where barefoot teams race with the weighted pole.
