Halima Cissé from Mali made history by giving birth to nine healthy babies — five girls and four boys — setting a Guinness World Record for the most surviving children born at once. The nonuplets were delivered via C-section in Morocco, where she had been flown for specialized high-risk care. What makes this even more remarkable is that it was a natural pregnancy, not the result of fertility treatments. Today, all nine children are thriving in a loving family, capturing hearts worldwide and marking an extraordinary medical and human milestone.
