Thus concludes the Hunchback of Notre Dame, a joint production by the SLU Concert Orchestra, SLU Dance Troupe, SLU Glee Club, SLU Symphonic Band and Tanghalang SLU.
This production marks the first staging of the Hunchback of Notre Dame in the Philippines, and the journey towards this ambitious project has been one for the booksโa collaboration between bright minds and passionate hearts.
First and foremost, we would like to extend our deepest appreciation to the SLU Administration, led by Rev. Fr. Gilbert B. Sales, CICM, PhD, for the approval of this production. Without your unending support, this production would not have been possible.
Secondly, we acknowledge the brilliant visionaries in the artistic team that built the entire play from ground up. We extend our sincerest gratitude to Ma'am Normita Rio-Pablico, Sir Sherwin Santiago, Engr. Ysabela Javier, Ma'am Marivic Macadaeg, Ma'am Katherine Nobleza-Estavillo, and Joe Macky Canal for their guidance throughout the preparation for this production. Warmest thanks as well to Tita Melanie Castro, Francisco Quiocho, Ar. Jake Naniong, and Ar. Daniel Mendoza, for providing the apparel and set that we needed.
