📌 REMINDERS
* Book only if you’re sure you can join. Please don’t reserve a slot unless you’re confident you’ll be able to play.
* Entry fee is fixed regardless of what time you arrive or leave.
* Prizes and mechanics may change if all slots are not filled.

🎾 GAME GUIDELINES
* Games are played to 11 points only to keep rotations fast and give everyone an equal chance to play.
* All skill levels are welcome! Come play, meet people, and have fun.
* Play safely and know your limits. Stay hydrated and take breaks when needed.

🌦️ WEATHER POLICY
* If bad weather affects play, full refund if it rains within the first hour, a 50% refund will be issued if rain occurs after the 2nd hour mark, before the 3rd hour. No refund if the rain occurs within the 3rd hour mark and onwards.

By joining Open Play, you acknowledge that participation is at your own risk. The club and organizers are not responsible for injuries or incidents that may occur during games. Please know your limits, stay hydrated, and consult a medical professional if you have any health concerns before playing.
