Bacolod Mayor Greg Gasataya is awaiting recommendations on what assistance can be provided to students of NOHS, noting that 90% of them are from Bacolod City.

Technically, the Special Education Fund cannot be used to provide assistance to NOHS students because the school is under the Division of Negros Occidental, the mayor explained.

He said the funds for this project will come from the General Fund.
