Triumph in Gold! 🥇

Congratulations to Ashley Nicole Belnas and Junhenry Joso of the Kagayon Dance Troupe for their outstanding performance, representing Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod and clinching the championship in the NOPSSCEA Season 43 Dancesport Latin-American Competition senior high school category.

The entire troupe is bursting with pride as Ashley and Junhenry now embark on the journey to provincial meet and regionals, showcasing their remarkable talent and dedication.

A heartfelt thank you extends to their artistic director, John Erick de la Rama, as well as to Sir Philip Deocadiz, their trainer and everyone who has steadfastly supported them on this incredible dance-filled endeavor. Cheers to a well-deserved victory!

If you were second-guessing the first time, we’re elated to announce that auditions have been EXTENDED! 🪩✨

The Kagayon Dance Troupe once again invites all bonafide college and senior high school students enrolled in the second semester (A.Y. 2023-2024) of Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod to showcase their talent next week, Monday, January 22, 2024, at 5:30 PM in the Student’s Activity Center (College Canteen), 4th floor.

This is a golden opportunity to become a performing arts scholar with scholarships ranging from 25% to 100% for the upcoming school year. Aspiring talents are reminded to bring their own music, wear comfortable working clothes, and come prepared with water and a towel.

The Kagayon Dance Troupe celebrates their Christmas party and initiation rites from December 28-30, 2023, at Punta Bulata, Cauayan.

This gathering was more than just a festive occasion; it was a dynamic team-building event uniting passionate individuals. The festivities included captivating performances, lively games, refreshing swimming sessions, scenic island hopping, delightful food trips, and engaging conversations. The diverse activities created a harmonious blend of fun and camaraderie, making it a perfect conclusion to the year.

What an absolute honor to attend the KSSLAP Awarding 2023 held at Siliman University's Luce Auditorium in Dumaguete City on December 14.
The KSSLAP (Kaisa Ini sa Sining, Lunsay nga Artistang Pilipino) Award recognizes outstanding Visayan artists, cultural workers, and organizations who have shown commendable dedication and contributions in the fields of cultural and artistic endeavors.

🏆 A heartfelt congratulations to the 8 remarkable recipients, especially to Sir Rodolfo M. Reveche, for his steadfast dedication to cultural initiatives and traditions.

A special shoutout to the Loboc Children’s Choir for their mesmerizing collaboration with the Kagayon Dance Troupe in "Tana, Magpasalamat" a performance that resonated with the crowd 🎶💃
