In light of recent cancellations due to personal reasons that have really hurt our schedules and bookings, we are now requiring the following for the next bookings:

⏩1k non refundable/ non transferable downpayment for 2400-3k worth of accomodation..
⏩1500 non refundable/ non transferable downpayment for 3001 to 4500 worth of accomodation..
⏩And lastly, 2k non refundable/non transferable downpayment for 4501 and up worth of accomodations.

✨We do comprehend that some circumstances are unexpected, but we do have daily operating expenses, non operating expenses that need to be paid by a steady flow of income to keep this small business afloat and an apology or explanation cannot suffice to pay such. Personal reasons are not the responsibility of the staycation anymore.

🩵Do take note that in cases of early bookings, downpayments are still non transferable and non refundable when surpassing the timeline of 30 days. Only in cases of signal number 3 or 4 typhoons and the like in the area of the guest house do we allow cancellations in the part of guests.
Read the waiver that we send upon booking.

Pls make certain that you have every intention to fulfill your booking, finalize guests' availability to at least fulfill the minimum pax required, make sure of your dates beforehand and also most significantly, having the sincerity to help us when despite all these, you still cannot make it. Pls do not leave us hanging. We are also experiencing this global crisis like many small entities and we are requesting you to have this consideration in mind. Thank you.
