Alam mo ba there’s something so freeing talaga about splashing paints tapos letting them flow and mix naturally lang.
Sobrang nae-enjoy ko 'tong art technique na 'to kasi it feels so intuitive and hindi overly planned, hindi pilit, walang pressure to make everything perfect. Pure play, experimenting, and trusting the process lang.
Usually, ang color palette ko is more on darker tones with little touches of pastel, pero for my May snail mail, I challenged myself to use 100% pastel colors. Gusto ko kasi i-achieve yung softness ng isang artwork.
Acrylic paint is so versatile talaga. I added water lang to make the consistency feel more like watercolor, tapos hinayaan ko na mag-blend naturally.
For me, art has no rules. Creativity is about playing, trying new things and making a mess. Kapag walang mess, parang hindi mo binigyan ng chance yung creativity mo.
So if you’ve been wanting to try something new creatively, gora na! Splash some colors, experiment, and just enjoy the process.
