For the past few months, napapansin ko na unti-unting nagbabago yung art ko.

Mas madalas na akong gumagamit ng acrylic pastel paints. Tapos since favorite ko talaga ang mga cafe, naisip ko na i-continue ang pagpi-paint ng mga cafe inspired paintings and illustrations. Like yung mismong cafe, mga nakapaligid sa labas and loob ng cafe. Yung mga plants and flowers, chairs and tables, coffee cups and pastries, mga books and quiet little corners, atbp.

At first, akala ko random things lang sila na gusto kong i-paint. Pero habang tumatagal, na-realize ko na parang pieces pala sila ng isang story.

So beginning this August, HappyMess Art Mail Club is becoming something a little more special.

I created my own little imaginary cafe where there's always a warm cup of coffee waiting for you. Pwede tumambay as long as you want and meron cozy little corner for you to pause and breathe.

Every month, we’ll visit a different little corner of this imaginary cafe.

Every month, little by little, you'll be collecting memories from Kapihan sa Kanto.
