Friday na naman 🔥
Pero bago ang lahat...
Kamusta yung week mo?
Pause ka muna and reflect.

Tanungin mo yung sarili mo:

• Ilang beses ka hindi sumunod sa risk management mo?
• Ilang beses ka nagpadala sa FOMO? sa revenge trade?
• Ilang beses ka na bang sinabihan ng system mo na huwag papasok, pero pumasok ka pa rin?
• Ilang beses mo nireview ang journal mo? or Nagjojournal ka ba? kung yes, consistent ba?
• Ano ba talaga ang hindi mo pa natututunan: strategy ba o disiplina?
• Ano ba goal mo bakit ka nagttrade?

Because here’s the truth most traders avoid:
Lessons in trading and in life are repeated until you learn from them.

Hindi ka pinaparusahan ng market.
Hindi ka rin malas. (trading is a game of probability)
Tinetrain ka. Hinuhubog ka. Pinapatibay ka.

At hangga’t hindi ka nagbabago,
paulit-ulit ka ring itetest.

Ngayong weekend, don’t just rest.
Reflect. Adjust. Decide.

Next week shouldn’t be a repeat.
it should be a response.
Do what is necessary. Take action.

Hindi market yung kalaban mo araw-araw...
Madalas, ang mortal mo talagang kaaway ay ang sarili mong kakulangan sa disiplina.

Yung pag-skip ng rules “isang beses lang,”
yung pag-overtrade dahil bored ka,
yung pag-revenge trade kasi ayaw mong tanggapin na mali ka at talo ka
lahat yan maliit lang sa umpisa… pero mabigat ang kabayaran sa dulo.

Discipline is uncomfortable now.
Pero mas masakit ang pain of regret ng
“sana sinunod ko nalang yung system ko”
“sana prinotect ko yung capital ko”
“sana naghintay pala ako ng confirmation”
"dapat hindi ko pinangunahan yung market"

Sa trading, hindi panalo ang pinaka-marunong.
Panalo yung pinaka-consistent sumunod.

Whether you’re my mentee, planning to be one,
or silently grinding on your own
eto ang reminder:
Protect your capital. Trust the process. Honor your rules.

Because the market will always be there tomorrow.
Pero ang account mo?
Hindi, kung paulit-ulit mong nilalabag yung mga rules mo.

Stay disciplined. Stay teachable. Stay alive in the market.
