Hi friends!
Ever grabbed a skein of mystery yarn with no label (or a foreign one) and no clue what weight it is? Say hello to WPI.
WPI stands for Wraps Per Inch. You wrap your yarn around a ruler, count how many wraps fit in one inch, and boom — you've got a solid read on your yarn weight. No band? No problem.
It's perfect for thrifted finds, gifted stash, and those skeins that ditched their labels ages ago.
I'm breaking the whole thing down in my next video tutorial...
which brings me to a tiny confession. Today's drop isn't happening as planned. Some equipment delays snuck up on me, so I'm bumping the tutorial to later this week. Same good stuff — just a few days behind.
