From operations and marketing support to websites, web applications, and internal tools. Driving efficiency and long-term growth.
We are seeking a dedicated professional who can help us source exceptional talent, build high-performing teams, and support the company’s HR operations and documentation processes.
What You'll Do:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source and screen candidates across multiple job platforms
- Review resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications
- Conduct interviews and candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews with managers
- Create and manage candidate pipeline and hiring process
- Prepare and send job offers
HR Operations
- Create and develop HR processes
- Manage employee onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Track probationary periods and employee performance reviews
- Coordinate with clients for employee onboarding and management
- Assist with HR policies and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with company procedures
Agreements & Documentation
- Draft and prepare employee contracts, NDAs, and company agreements
- Assist in preparing client service agreements and staffing contracts
- Maintain templates and ensure documentation accuracy
- Coordinate digital signing and recordkeeping of official documents
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, and/or HR administration
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven experience hiring remote employees or virtual assistants
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Skilled at assessing candidate abilities and cultural fit
- Proficient with online tools and recruitment platforms
Bonus if you have experience with:
- Experience with Zoho One, particularly Zoho Recruit
- Familiarity with HR systems or applicant tracking tools (ATS)
- Experience drafting contracts, HR policies, or company agreements
- Experience in creating and developing HR processes
Technical Requirements:
Hardware & Connectivity:
- Personal computer with 16GB RAM or higher, Intel i7 or equivalent
- Stable wired internet connection (100 Mbps or higher)
- Backup internet connection (fast mobile data or reliable prepaid Wi-Fi)
Workspace & Tools:
- Professional, quiet workspace suitable for interviews and virtual meetings
- Headset or audio equipment suitable for phone/video calls (preferably with noise cancellation)
- Noise cancellation capability (via headset or software)
