Hundred Islands Film Festival is a Youth-Oriented Culture and Arts Development Program that aims to encourage filmmaking and inspire aspiring filmmakers in Alaminos City whilst promoting cultural identity, heritage and tourist destinations in the city. The program is established and organized by Layag Productions of Alaminos City National High School and initiated by Mayor Arth Bryan Celeste and the Alaminos City Tourism Office of the Local Government Unit.
