Now Hiring: Barista (No Experience Needed)
We are looking for a caring, patient, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a barista. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people especially with special needs, enjoys learning new skills, and wants to make a positive impact in a welcoming, inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages, and food with care and attention to quality.
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, patient service.
- Assist and interact with children with special needs, ensuring they feel safe, respected, and included.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive atmosphere.

- No prior experience required—full training will be provided.
