I had issues with the print, with the gold parts having noticeable factory defects, but it doesn't ruin the kit in general. With relatively large parts, this kit isn't difficult and is quite fast to put together. Exodia without any panel lining or detailing is pretty bland, so you'll need to put in an effort to make this kit really stand out. The articulation is pretty limited, but it won't stop you from making iconic and fun poses.
So overall, Exodia is a pretty fast and enjoyable build.
