Testing out Seedance 2 Pro using both Tok Pisin and English, while alternating between 3D and 2D animation styles to see how well it handles mixed formats. These clips are completely unedited, so what you’re seeing is the raw output straight from the model.
You’ll notice some inconsistencies, especially in how Tok Pisin is interpreted and delivered
, sometimes the phrasing, timing, or tone feels off compared to natural speech. There are also a few moments where the cutscenes don’t fully match the prompt, either in transitions, camera angles, or character continuity.
That said, it’s still interesting to see how the system attempts to blend languages and animation styles in a single sequence. This is more of a test run to highlight both the potential and the current limitations, rather than a polished final product.
Despite these issues, most of them can be refined in post-editing through voice-overs, clip trimming, and tighter sequencing to bring everything together into a more cohesive final piece.

Ever wonder how AI can take a single photo and somehow "see" what’s underneath?

​I used AI to change the camera angle of this street stall, moving from a top-down view to a side profile. This process is called Novel View Synthesis (NVS), and it’s pretty wild to see in action.

​Here’s what’s actually happening behind the scenes:
​Novel View Synthesis is the technical term for generating an entirely new perspective that the original camera never actually captured.

​3D Reconstruction is when the AI imagines the depth and volume of the subject to create a digital 3D version it can move around.

​Zero-Shot Synthesis happens when the AI is smart enough to guess what’s hidden, like the person sitting under the umbrella, even if they weren't visible in the original shot.
​It’s not just basic editing, it’s digital alchemy. Instead of just moving pixels, the AI is rebuilding the entire scene in a 3D space to give us a whole new look at the world.

Another brain-dump on phone using Grok Imagine and Gemini apps.

This one is a quick intro with a twist to an old Milne Bay WW2 folklore.

Might pickup on it later when our tech issue is fixed.

While the tech gremlins are messing with my desktop setup..

I've been playing around on my phone to keep the creative juices flowing.
Using just two apps:
Gemini → for generating images
Grok → for creating short videos
Honestly, it's kind of wild how much you can do now with purely mobile AI tools. No computer, no fancy software suite, no complicated workflows — just the phone in my hand.

The whole process can be stupidly simple:
-Get an idea
-Describe it to Gemini → get a nice image in seconds
-Feed that image (or the same prompt) to Grok → turn it into a short animated video, multiple videos.
-Clip, trim, stitch with Capcut.
-Done. Shareable little creation in under an hour.

It’s nowhere near as polished as pro tools, but the speed + zero friction makes it super addictive for quick experiments and brain dumps.
