The 2024 Akis Art Prize Competition is NOW OPEN.

Submit your original artwork in the 2024 theme:
"Looking Forward - Dreams & Aspirations for the Future of PNG".

The Top 10 artworks from each division will go into the Akis Art Prize Exhibition from September - November this year at the PNG National Museum & Art Gallery and 4 lucky winners will receive amazing prizes including:

*Return flights for 2 to Port Moresby with Air Niugini.
*2 Nights Accommodation and meals for you and a friend at The Stanley Hotel & Suites.
*Attendance to the Winner's Presentation & Exhibition Opening Night to claim your Division prize and see your artwork displayed at the PNG National Museum & Art Gallery!

Division Prizes are:

Akis Art Prize (18years and over) - K25,000 cash

Paga Hill Estate
Youth Art Prize (13-17yrs) - K5,000 cash & K5,000 worth of art supplies for your school!

Junior Art Prize (Under 12 years) - K5,000 cash & K5,000 worth of art supplies for your school!
