Contrary to popular belief, your employees won’t be distracted by the artwork. They’re not going to spend their day staring at a piece and not getting anything done. The fact is, if you were to give two different people with equal I.Q and mental aptitude a challenge or puzzle to complete, and sat them in separate rooms (one plain white & one with colorful artwork); the person sat in the room with some art will be much more likely to solve the puzzle faster. The art acts as a mental and emotional stimulus, as opposed to a supposed “distraction”.
